I am married to the world’s greatest Operating Room nurse, and we live in lovely Victoria, British Columbia in the Pacific Northwest along with our 11-year old LabX ‘Mischa’. I grew up in Toronto, Ontario Canada before making the big move west in 1990. In my youth, I practiced the art/sport of Judo and ended with a 2nd-degree (nidan) black belt, was a 4-time provincial champion, and won a bronze medal at the Canadian Judo Nationals in 1982. After earning my BA in English and History from the University of Toronto, I spent the next 20 years in outside corporate and technical sales, before switching over to the entrepreneurial world of online marketing in February 2008.

If you decide to join my direct sales team, here is how I will help you:

1. I am available via phone, IM (instant messenger), Skype, and/or email for questions and advice. As long as you are taking advantage of all our training resources, I will fill in the gaps and answer your questions. I charge other people $200 per hour to consult with me. You get it gratis simply because you are on my team.

I mention this to highlight the fact that I am not one of those guys who promises the moon to try to get you to sign up and then abandons you as soon as I get the commission. I like to help others and it shows.

For example, in October 2008 I was recognized at a live marketing event with a “Master Marketer Award” (one of only seven handed out). This is awarded to top producers and up-and-coming leaders with my opportunity, so you know you’ll be signing up with someone who knows how to succeed in this business.

2. I have been a very active Google Adwords advertiser for the past 14 months. If you take the time to begin learning Adwords, I WILL PERSONALLY HELP YOU run an Adwords campaign!

We’ll get together on the phone and I will help you set up an account and your first advertising campaign. Or if you already have a campaign set up, I will (with your permission, of course) go into your account and analyze your ad campaigns for you and offer suggestions to help you reduce your cost and increase your conversion rate.

3. I conduct a weekly Team Support and Mastermind Call for my team members during which you can ask questions and share insights with other members. Each week I reveal a new “team members only” Hot Marketing Tip; something that very few marketers often even know about.

As you can tell, you have an abundance of support and resources available to you if you join me.

After working in outside technical sales for almost 20 years, I have transitioned to a second career as a home business owner. The Internet made that change possible.

I now work half the hours and earn double the income (and more!) than I ever did during my sales career. I now position myself as “an online business and marketing coach”, and I provide extensive coaching and support to serious entrepreneurs who join my team.

I am very active with within the community, not only running my own business but also actively supporting my team.
