The Importance of Live Events
Over the past year I have come to recognize the critical importance to both the short-term and long-term success for network marketers to attend live events. No matter your opportunity, live events provide the social proof and the networking or masterminding that could ultimately change your life forever. Members who attend events make 400% more on average than people who do not attend events. Why? Because attending an event makes this business real and people go from wondering if they can do this business, to knowing that they can. You learn that you don’t need to be special in order to become a top producer. You also never know who you might meet — a future business partner, the coach or trainer that you “click” with, or just the motivation you need to take you business to the next level. I am so happy I attended my first event within my first 90 days, and I have not missed one since. I am convinced that these events determine and mold your mindset and self-motivation. It is easy to feel lonely or alone sitting behind your computer in your home office. So, next time your sponsor or upline pushes you to make it a live event or a marketing training event, drop everything and get yourself to ALL of them. Even if means sacrificing your marketing budget for a month, DO IT. If you have to take a bus, or sleep in a cheaper hotel nearby, make the effort, make the sacrifice. Believe me, your business and your bank account will thank you!
